3. Campaign Guidelines

When creating and managing fundraising campaigns:

• Campaign creators must be authorized to raise funds for the stated purpose
• Required documentation must be provided for verification
• Updates must be provided to donors regularly

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fraudulent campaigns
• Misrepresenting campaign purposes
• Using the platform for illegal activities
• Harassing other users or donors

5. Termination

MoyoFunds reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
